Welcome—I’m Heather Rains
Evidential Medium, Certified Life Coach, channel, psychic-intuitive, yogi, and believer in all things magical.
Through my work at Bridge to Spirit, I help you connect with loved ones in the Spirit world and receive meaningful guidance from your own spirit team—guides, angels, and intuitive knowing. I offer two distinct paths for connection:
🕊️ Mediumship Readings – A heart-centered session where I connect with loved ones who have passed. These sessions bring through validating evidence, messages, and deep emotional connection—reminding you that love continues.
✨ Intuitive Guidance Sessions – A psychic and spiritual coaching experience, where I channel insight from your spirit team to help you gain clarity and direction. I may incorporate tarot and oracle cards as tools, but the session is led by Spirit—and grounded in support.
Though I’ve been connecting with Spirit since childhood, my gifts came into full bloom through deep personal loss. Within four years, I lost my grandfather, grandmother, father, and best friend. Grief wrecked me—and I know what it’s like to long for just one more moment with the ones you love.
Grief became the catalyst for my path into mediumship. Through meditation, yoga, and devoted mentorship, I began to truly listen and step into this work with clarity, purpose, and trust.
Now, I hold space for others to feel seen, supported, and spiritually held—whether they’re moving through grief, transformation, or simply seeking guidance.

This 60-minute session is a sacred space to receive psychic insight, spiritual coaching, and loving messages from your Spirit Team—guides, angels, and other beings who walk with you. As a Certified Life Coach, I weave grounded support with intuitive connection, helping you gain clarity, confidence, and a deeper understanding of what’s unfolding in your life.
Throughout our time together, I connect with your energy and invite in guidance from Spirit. We’ll explore what your team wants you to know the most and how that insight can support your next steps.
Tarot and oracle cards can be used as reflective tools to deepen or clarify the messages that come through, but the heart of this session is Spirit-led.
